Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders made before 11am on the same working day.
We value each and every order. Your order will be shipped using one of the couriers we use:
Mainland UK (Excluding Highlands / Remote parts of Scotland)
Orders under £45 – your order will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48. 90% of these orders within 2 working days.
Orders over £45 / Bulky orders – Your order will be shipped by DPD Local which is a next working day service. Please leave a mobile number when placing your order. You will then get a 1-hour time slot on the day of delivery and option of leaving your package in a safe place or collecting your order from a nearby DPD pick up shop.
Northern Ireland, Highlands / Remote parts of Scotland
Orders under £90 – your order will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48. It should arrive within 2 – 3 working days.
Orders over £90 / Bulky orders – your order will be shipped by Parcelforce 24. It should arrive within two working days.
Europe
Shipping on all orders to countries in the European Union is €10. These are shipped via DPD or Royal Mail (depending on country) and can take up to 14 working days for delivery.
